I've grown up supporting the Port Adelaide Football Club and I was inspired by their incredible turn around and their determination to overcome adversity, so much so that I created this song, centred around Port Adelaide's motto of never gi...ving up. Don't let those guys bother you. They're there to stir up controversy and generate traffic for the afl.com.au website. We won, they lost, that's all there is to it.

The only guys you need to pay serious attention to are club officials and players. Everything else is, at the end of the day, just so much talk.

Geelong is winning and Freo had won the previous 8 games so the media will pass it off as an aberration. I hate Barrett as much as the next guy but our current form is woeful.

That is 100% factual gentlemen. Some people get so carried away with fiction here that they forget about the facts.
FACT or FICTION : Port would be susceptible atm to a beating from most clubs in the AFL.

Geelong could right now arguably be the most fraudulent top 4 side in history. But they're, you know....Geelong.

Our last month has consisted of losses to Adelaide, Essendon and Richmond and a 3 point win at home against the Demons, what Barrett has said is not really unreasonable.
The media went way over the top with there bold predicitions that we could win the flag after only a few rounds this year, they are always quick to jump on board a team in form and are just as quick to jump off board when a team loses a few games in a row. It is what our club and players believe they are capable of internally that matters and i'm dead set sure they all still believe in their top 4 aspirations. I think our first 11 games this year suggests that you can underrate Port Adelaide at your own peril.

We're more of a top four side than either Geelong or Fremantle are. And we'll prove it by beating Collingwood, Sydney, Gold Coast, Carlton and Fremantle.
