I have it on very good authority that Alan Richardson was much more respected than Hinkley by most of the players while he was with us.Assistant coaches are incredibly hard to judge from the outside and they are working within the vision of the head coach, I mean people saying Skipworth is the brains behind McRae the other day is absolutely mental.
Quite a few supporting the club too...We don't. We still have cockroaches running the club

Last has beaten first in the AFL era, but not when its been an 18 team comp.Correct me if I'm wrong, but last has never beaten first.
Didn't the Bulldogs best Essendon in 2000? Stopped them from going undefeated?Last has beaten first in the AFL era, but not when its been an 18 team comp.
Why put including women in brackets.Police are investigating a violent brawl that broke out between a group of Sydney Swans and Brisbane Lions fans (including women) on Saturday night. The fight erupted just minutes after Sydney took down Brisbane in a two-point win at the Gabba.
What do you mean? Bulldogs finished 7th in 2000.Didn't the Bulldogs best Essendon in 2000? Stopped them from going undefeated?
Huh, so they did. Funny how memory works, I had that game in my head as much more of a David vs Goliath battle than it actually was. What do you mean? Bulldogs finished 7th in 2000.
Most free kicks in 2025
1.Carlton 421
2.Crows 417
Biggest free kick discrepancies
1.Port Adelaide (-88)
2.Norf Melbourne (-62)
It was probably more due to the fact that Essendon were literally smashing every team up until that point. There percentage was around 160, and they went 24 and 1 for the season with that being their only loss.Huh, so they did. Funny how memory works, I had that game in my head as much more of a David vs Goliath battle than it actually was.
Also I was only 12, so I probably should have checked my facts first!
Man have Adelaide gotten to feel any hint of disappointment at all this year
OMG he punched his hair!
Anyone but Geelong gangFlagmantle has to happen now.
Those stats are a few weeks old.
Port are now only -70, courtesy of winning the free country 29-12 on the weekend.
Which is actually equal to North’s differential.

That was the example I was thinking of when I said its happened before in the AFL era, but not in the 18 team era.Carlton in 1995 comes to mind. Went 20-2 then cantered to a flag winning the prelim and grand final by 10 goals each.
They lost to second last, 1 win at the time, St Kilda. Didn't kick a goal in the first half and 1 in three quarters.
Their other loss was the previous round, by 72 points to 11th placed Sydney. Only 2 games they dropped all year and flogged by crap sides who finished 12th and 14th in a 16 team comp.
They were also famously cheating the salary cap. Who knows what shenanigans were going on in those 2 games
