Geez, Hinkley could be in a bit of trouble too: section S62A states that you can be fined $10k or imprisoned for up to two years for the offence of "create false belief."

That's faster than Thommo. We should be doing everything we can to get Hrovat to leave Victoria, has the potential to be better than Neale.

We do need another big time contested ball winner, and can cover a lack of leg speed.

After-all, it's Thommo's spot that the player we attract will be fighting for.

For someone who gets so much of the pill, Neale's metres gained stat is pretty small.

Suggests a lot of handballs and short kicks...

Not sure if anyone heard this morning on Triple M Roo and Ditts, Ditts supposedly heard that we will be announcing a big signing this week. Take with a pinch of salt I guess but we only canbe hopeful.

Feeling very optimistic even if we lose both JJ and Crouch. I think they will bring us 2 x 1st round picks at a minimum, probably 1 or 2 seconds as well.

We then enter draft / trade with 3 x first rounders. Trading for a quality mid and hitting the draft with 2 firsts and a second will really set us up nicely.

If we could get, say, a pick 7 for Crouch and 3 and 21 for Jenkins and 15-odd, that'd leave us sitting pretty. We'd need to get someone like Tim O'Brien in somehow as a replacement for Jenkins, though, as I don't see us drafting a young KPF like Marshall or Battle and playing him immediately.

Draft Brodie at 3, Venables at 7 and Tim English at 21. Problem solved.

Delistings and retirements: Van Berlo, Jaensch, Grigg, Shaw.

Trades & Free Agency: Henderson, CEY.

Upgrades: ROB, Keath. Greenwood stays cat B, Hunter stays a rookie, as does Beech. Keath is someone I think we may look to give opportunities to, but could stay cat b if that's considered best.

I would keep Lowden for another year. Similarly, I'd keep Kelly and Dear for another look.

Thompson is a hard one. I actually lean towards retirement, and having his salary as something we focus towards someone. I think he's a bit of a crutch for us and I don't think he's there if we're truly competing for a flag.

What happens with Ramsey ?
