Sorry doggies but its a new structure again this week because we are looking to play our round 1 team structure rather than experimenting with a few rookies in new places like we did last week.


Final praccys coming up and I've put together a team that reflects a new season and new players. Some experienced posters have been pushed out of positions because I haven't seen them all pre season while a rookie battle has ended with bend_it_like_cotchin a surprise late runner moving straight onto the wing. The good news is that some going missing has opened the team up and it's possible the Furies will have up to 5 debutantes for round 1.

Fatty the best for the Gumbies in his first game while Doggiesin08 was the best for the Bombers. A good win for the improving Gumbies outfit, a couple of very late goals flattering the margin though. Not too disappointing for the Bombers though, can't match that Gumbies midfield when we move SourcE from the wing and Sausage, Tristo and HighRyder from the guts. Add to that our captain and one of our best young players to the bench, playing a Mav at FB .... Really aren't going to let us settle before round 1 are you loopy
