Are the Adelaide Crows in the pre season draft and if so who will they pick up

That would depend upon how many players they select in the National Draft (which isn't conducted until Nov 26th).

Adelaide have five selections - 16, 17, 32, 48, 64.

Whether or not they choose to use #64 would depend upon the players still available that late in the draft.

Adelaide would only have a selection in the PSD if they decided to "pass" on selection #64.

Tom Logan has been invited to do pre-season training with the AFC. As far as I know he's the only delisted player Adelaide have expressed any interests in.

Then again, they might just select the best player from this year's rookie camp.

Here's the list of club delistings, excluding retirements. Not much of real interest there. The only ones you would maybe give a passing glance to would be Guerra, Cupido, Zantuck or Norman, but they're all head cases so I hope we give them a wide berth. Spaanderman would also get a bit of interest but good clubs don't go delisting/trading kpp's unless they're rubbish ie Sydney-S Stevens:

As we have kept the skippy types who are early 20's i hope we just go for youth as you can quite often pick up a decent player with later picks. Our list needs as much youth in it as we can get so they can make a decision about the ones who are good and the ones who arent up to scratch like kruger and co and that way we can get the next lot in.

Couldn't agree more.

I would be moderately surprised if they don't use all five selections in the ND. Logan might get a look-in for the Rookie List.

Adelaide already have sufficient dead wood (Stevens, Massie, Bode, possibly Jericho - though the jury is still out on him) plus retirements for next year's "super draft", so they don't need to be drafting retreads on 1-year contracts this time around.
