I don't think Brisbane are in their premiership window at this point in time. Topping up with Nick Davis wont have much benefit for them I don't think.

I'm sure there's a reason for it, as was there for delisting Begley and more or less delisting Corrie, but I have to say, some of the decisions Voss has made really confuse me.

Maybe so, but I have the philosophy that you pick the best player available in the PSD. If Johnson is that player we should take him.

We won't take Johnson because we have an intelligent recruitment team and coach for that matter who realise he isn't exactly what we need and is well on his way to Carlton.

Yep, I can see 2 of the predictions coming true although I would not rule out Johnson to Essendon as we do have the cap space and if he is best available I'll be pissed if we pass on him. Plus it stuffs Carlton which would be funny.

Frankly, I think Carlton are probably only going to take Johnson PSD because we committed to him. It'd be doing us a favour to steal him from under our noses - not quite in the same league as Richmond beating us to Trent Knobel, but still welcome.

We lack quality small forwards, so we are looking to fill that gap. I don't see why this would be confusing.
