I wasn't having a go, I was just pointing out the similarities.
.I think this is the right place for this and sorry if it has been brought up but there is a baseball team in America called the Gold Coast Suns.
Here is there logo- http://www.sportslogos.net/logo.php?id=5839
How can the Gold Coast copy their exact name?
Yeah they lasted from 1989-1989 they have Folded 21 Years Ago i doubt they would have problems.

...most probably. Adidas roots around with all the other kits they produce why should the England Cricket team be any different.I find the light green in the armpits and cap of England's T20 kit a little odd. Just an Adidas thing?

Blue and orange warm-up kits look way too much like India IMO.
(inc. helmets)Only one I'd change is Bangas to dark green and Aussies to Canary Yellow(inc. helmets)

Green:
Australia (Dark)
South Africa (Middle)
Bangladesh (Middle)
Pakistan (Light/Lime)
Blue:
England (Dark/Navy)
Sri Lanka (Royal)
India (Skyish)
Other:
NZ (Black)
Windies (Maroon)
