Ok guys - After reading the west coast section after the lost they had I can't believe how despicable they are acting and with no faith behind a club legend like woosha . Any how it got me thinking, I am heading too Perth in round 14 for Dons vs Eagles has anyone else been to a Bombers game against the eagles and how is the general attitude among the eagle supports towards foreigners ?

I thought it had something to do with WWII, but Google gave me a few different explanations.

It was because of Essendon Airport, which was Melbourne's Airport at the time.
During and after WWII the Beaufort Bombers were made at Essendon Airport.
The name came into vogue after WWII, during which Bombers gained a reputation for inflicting maximum damage on the enemy.

Companies making VFL club logos mostly used the Beaufort Bomber as the basis for their Essendon logo.

I believe it is. I was looking at purchasing gen admin seats, but that option was not available. I ended up getting reserved seats behind the goals on level 3, row l.

In gen admin games at etihad it is usually available from row g on level 3.

Yeah, it's definitely fully ticketed. I just got tickets then and tickets are only available in four bays on level 3.

All Victorian tickets went on sale just before Rd 3.

Only issue is that it seems to be sold out of reserved seating, or according to Ticketek.
Do they release more closer to the game or am I shit out of luck?

I want nothing to do with that repugnant thread and surely it's not ok to take quotes from other club boards to troll in your own board - I have reported it twice and got no response of any kind but I just want it gone. What do I do?

Members ticket resale is back up and running as of today so you could try that a few weeks before the game if you are in town?
