Hey y'all...I got a "Legends Exclusive" email from the club today providing me with the opportunity to ask Robert Harvey "anything I like". At first I wanted to ask why the Social Club Bar is so crap but I didn't think he would be able to help. So I asked this: At times we appear flat, such as the Adelaide game, why is there such a variation in intensity?
Before you say it, I know it's a pretty lame question, but I don't know much about footy. If anyone has a better question for Mr Harvey please post it in this thread. I am happy to email them through to the club. They have to be submitted by 26 May and the best 10 questions will be answered by the great man in a video reply (which I will post).
Cheers!

K.Martin pretty sure he is the one a lot of posted are divided by so let's hear one of the coaches actually tell is what's holding him back?

Cool...why can't Kmart get a game?...will send it through.

I would love to know whether having a tagger taking midfield minutes from ball winners (Swan in particular) is a long term strategy or one to keep us competitive until certain players have developed? However I know we won't get an answer to it.

I've ebbed and flowed on it, but for mine teams with a full blown tagger that isn't able to get 20 possessions and hurt the opposition struggle in comparison with those that have run with roles. For the growth of our midfield I'd prefer it used as a break in case of emergency tactic...

Ask him if he regrets ruining my day, by racking up 34 possessions against us at Waverley in the 1992 Elimination Final and contributing to our 8 point loss.

If hes too sexy for his shirt, too sexy for his shirt sooooo sexy it hurts?

The Kyle Martin question would be a good one, another one that would be interesting (to me from afar) is whether he sees Freeman and / or Scharenberg could still genuinely play senior football this year, given their injury interruptions / setbacks.

Ask him if you really can cut the testosterone in air in the coaches box with a knife.

The K-Mart question is a good one as well...

Please ask him about our atrocious delivery to our forwards, and what are the coaches doing to try and turn it around. It is one of our major problems, which contributes to poor performances up forward, including Cloke's.

Get upgraded which has implications for another listed player. Who should we put on the LTI list etc? I don't think it's anywhere near as simple as some seem to think.

P.S. Given the context of the question this response might seem a bit wrong but I think it holds true anyway.

Is our poor effeciency by foot due to lack of ability, lack of application or just struggling to cope with opposition pressure?

What is the club doing about our centre clearances? Are they aware of it to begin with? Who are the defensive mids v offence mids?

Who's coaching the forwards in particular what do with Cloke, stay home forward or lead up?

Will they consider playing Elliott in the middle?
When will Broomhead be introduced?

Is our midfield one-paced, too small and crap overhead in marking contests?

What are the stats for centre clearances with Macaffer and without Macaffer?
