Seriously, seriously thinking of going overseas to see one of my favourite bands of all time. One of the best math-rock bands of all time, and one of the progenitors of it. 13 years away and they haven't missed a beat. :(

Incredible live shows - some of their recorded stuff is absolutely ridiculous, and then they pull it off live!!! Most talented band I've ever heard.

Just hope they are still around when I (hopefully) go to study in Chapel Hill in a few years. Ahhh... dreams...

Listen to High Wire Moves - I couldn't stop laughing when I first heard it, and everyone has had the same reaction when I've played it for them, simply because it is pure impossible music bullshit. Their motto was "Guitar based soundtracks to kung-fu movies". Not half wrong.

This is 'Feather of Forgiveness'. Sounds so simple, but it is not. Tried so many times to play it on the drums, but can't. Just so many triples it isn't funny. Impossible. If you like it, I'll put up more. Given this is from 93 I think, the cleanness in the sound they are getting live is incredible:

What are you studying?

I have an assment to do for my semester break unit. :( But am looking forward to my lightened work load this semester, so I can run my business properly, and get better marks. :thumbsu:

Thats the thingI am one of the consistent Eagles fans who don't really talk on the normal Eagles boards... Plenty of people know of me, but not what I think... Its not worth posting on there because the more you read the dumber you get... Seriously some of the shit on there is pure ******edness... I mean Suma?!?! SUMA?!?!? #### its gets me mad just thinking about it :p

Nah... I could either finish end of next year, but most likely mid year the following, but will look to do honours/ masters straight up. Am averaging just shy of 75%, so not up for scholarships or anything like that (although I reckon I could if I wasn't working for myself), but still safely enough to get into post grad type stuff.
