Porps sat about 5 tables away and Nigel walked past on the footpath. True.

Oh, and how the porpoise can have bad shoulders is a mystery to me. His shoulders are massive and he is built like a wedge from the shoulders down.

I ate one table away from the entire St. Kilda footy club (or at least 20+ members of them) yesterday while waiting in Melbourne airport for my connecting flight back to Adelaide. Nick Reiwoldt ordered from Oportos, which I've never heard of before but seems to be a generic fried chicken fast food joint. I was looking at him and thought "Hah! He looks like Nick Reiwoldt!" and then I saw Koschitzke walk over to him, hahaha.

The funny part was that I was a part of a group of colleagues coming back from a conference, and one of them is a massive St. Kilda supporter. He was the only one I couldn't find to point the players out so he missed out.

Oportos grills the chicken instead of fries, so it's pretty much a "healthier" KFC - it tastes a lot better than KFC as well.

Never realised how much bigfooty kept me amused during the day until I couldn't get on it!

I see it as closer to Nandos than KFC, but you can't choose how hot you want the basting and their servings are much, much smaller. Also, their pricing is bizarre (most meals are $X.98!)

There's one in Salisbury - but it's literally in the middle of nowhere (around near the back of Holden) and it's always empty (I'm surprised it's lasted 12 months already).

They're not going to change it back, no matter how many people bitch about it. It's here to stay, at least for a few years, so MOVE ON WITH LIFE! If you're worried about a bloody logo then go out and get a life!

I'm sure the people running the facebook feel the same, they've explained the reasoning behind the logo and the white guernsey 1000000 times but people still bitch about it.

Don't like the logo, fine, don't buy anything with it on it, it's THAT simple. They're not FORCING you to wear it, but they thought it was time for a change. The teams who have recently changed their logos are Hawthorn & Geelong and look what's happened to them in the last 2 seasons!

/rant over BUT STILL FRUSTRATED!

Also, Port's new major sponsor "My ATM" pretty sure they just made that company up....

I agree with you on the logo and uniform but on many, many occasions ‘people power’ works to change something that clearly isn’t working.

I know, but clearly they aren't going to change it this season - the logo is displayed on the Westpac Centre, on all the players clothes, on the new guernsey and they're not going to change any of that before the season starts so people should just lay off it for now and just concentrate of the stuff that matters - like the players and games! Logos/guernseys don't win games, the players wearing them do!
