Oppo Camp Ratten to Hawks

In all the transfer talk, I can not believe that this slipped through the cracks. Would this make them better or worse?
I thought he was a life coach and wanted the top job, why settle for assistant?

I thought the Pies may have looked at Ratten as an assistant and yes I think it will improve them unfortunately,but I do see the that getting Tapping to coach the VFL side is a step forward.

Ratten is a very handy coaching addition.

Add Lake and this will be a very hard team to beat next year if they can stay healthy and Mitchell+Sewell can continue on produce as they have this year.

Very complete team which until now probably wasn't the case with that key defence weakness that in the past has severely plagued them.
