And what’s with the media so long after the game saying “some say it shouldn’t have been downfield, some say it should’ve been Gibbons’ kick”?? Look up the rules on your phone while you’re waiting for the coaches to rock up to the presser!

So what? We had multiple chances to actually build a legitimate lead, blew them, and then got bailed out by some dodgy umpiring and an amazing clutch kick. Winning 3 quarters means jack sh*t if the end result is still a loss and the reality is it would have been if not for the above

Is it OOF when the ball goes over the line or when the boundary umpire calls it (rules kind of say both)? Cos Newnes was a *lot* closer to the line by the second point than he was at the time of the first. Newnes, Gibbo, and the boundary umpire almost made an isosceles triangle
