Weitering had a great game. Polson stood up. Cripps hit beast mode after half time. Picketts building to something special.

I don't think it would matter.
The positive from today...we are making a compelling argument for an after first PP, it’s now a question whether they will upgrade from pick 19 cause that’s locked in as a minimum

Showed a bit the third quarter.
Not really at the Hawks level and couldnt kick 60 points.

Getting sick of the fact we drop our s**t for 1/3rd of a game
A few little glimpses from lob, polson, Sps, jack, dow and weitering. Pickett didn't do much but nice run to set up Cripps goal.
Kennedy a few poor disposals but overall an encouraging performance.
Goodness what happened to McKays goalkicking though? Gun barrel straight to looking like he had no clue.

Positives:
Polson, Lobbe, Weitering and JSOS had better games. Not perfect but improvement. LOB was also good in patches.
The standard from players like Cripps, Simpson and the Curnows.
The bad:
Murphy, try and ignore the disposal and his impact on the contest and disposal is horrid.
SPS to me doesn't do enough defensively and is generally not involved enough. Players like Fisher, Dow and Lob are well and truely ahead of him.
Levi should not get another game.
Our matchups and decisions like not tagging Mitchell is insanity.
All in all expected the result and happy we played a decent second half. The first was a mess.

God it's tough ATM. Yes there are little signs here and their but they are few and far between. It really hurts too when you see a kid like Worpel walk in and get 32 touches while we are hoping our entire future on kids who are flat out getting 20.

My cats name is mittens.
Kennedy is a gun. Doesn't stop working, desperate for a preseason. He works very well around the clearances and is a threat in the air.
He's played 30 odd games and is really putting some form together. Needs to iron out his kicking but like Cripps, that will improve with added fitness and experience.

I'll eat my hat when it comes to Polson. He played a pretty decent game. Definitely keeps his spot for next week.

More injuries, more having to move players around to compensate.
Hawthorn have a luxury we don't. A decade and a half of stability, the injury list is miniscule which means every player knows exactly where their spot is week on and week out.
We have to change it every week so person a gets injured so player g has to move to where player h was to cover player m who is now covering player a.
Kids were solid, Lobbe did well but its a hiding to nothing. Poor disposal is not a coach issue, it is a player issue.

End the season now please ... what’s the point of turning up for the last month if this is what we’re up for.
Three weeks in a row over 10 goal hidings all from sides outside the 8 before we played them.
after 10 weeks next season if there aren’t at least 3 wins on the board bolts goes. Boys against men blah blah blah heard it all too much this year. The losses and the way we have played for most of the season is unacceptable ... people are starting to feel sorry for us and that says it all. We’re having the worst season in the history of the club people.... let that sink in for a minute and then pray to god next season it improves because if it doesn’t the bloodshed will be massive!
