Notre Dame make all students do three core units, and being in nursing, our semesters are run differently. So if we do them during the actual semester it cuts into our prac time.

I'm currently doing on of my essays which is due tomorrow...last one though, so kinda using that as motivation!

Notre Dame has more prac for their nursing students. Like, we do 5 weeks a semester, which looks like a lot, but I find for the first week I just kinda stand back and observe then the last 4 weeks I know what I am doing so I learn by doing so to speak. It's good, I tend to be really down on myself and undermine my skills but with 5 weeks I'm able to build up my confidence...

Doing units in the middle of summer is still a bit harsh but I suppose thems the breaks.

Yeah, that's why I ended up sick last weekend, ended up with a cold going in and out of air conditioning...that's why I hate summer school!!

Nah I was getting off at Murdoch to change to the 98, and there was a bit of a gap between the bus and curb and I was singing along to my ipod (not out loud, in my head) and my thong (MY SHOE!!!) must've gotten caught and I like rolled my ankle. Hahah you should see the bruise...it's like purple and rank. I was hobbling all around Freo today and have sore arms and am raging about it so I'm not going in. Plus, SOMEONE has told me I'm not allowed to walk on it...:rolleyes:

I'm working at an aged care home now...
