Girl I just started to kinda sorta see before the lockdown is a vegan so trying to make an eggless pasta from scratch today
Whoosh. Going for the big guns I see, let us know what you use Miilky. As long as she's not a Hawks supporter....

An Essendon "supporter" but doesn't really follow footy. Would wear Swans gear to non-Essendon games with me :D

Pasta was a disaster though, got Hungry Jacks instead

wowowowowow.

Premium kudos to Ticky009 for the William Morris efforts. The ghost of that great man would have chowed down.

Morris is a real hero. Poet, printer, designer, arguably the inventor of fantasy fiction, theoretician, socialist agitator. Am certain he would have barracked for our mob.

Made pizza for dinner, it taste better than it looks ha. Slightly burnt the cheese...ah well.

Hoping to make some BBQ pork ribs in the air fryer on the weekend.

Terrible picture but homemade pasta aglio e olio. And holy s**t: the best pasta I have had at home. Made this the other night and it was wonderful. Having it again tomorrow but with store bought pasta to see how it holds up

Not burning the cheese is the biggest challenge making pizza - one minute it looks like I've got ages nek minute your trying to save what you can :eekv1:

If you or anyone else is looking for a healthy option for the base, Woolworths do a cauliflower pizza base that is pretty darned good.

Running late so risking the chicken casserole in the electric pressure cooker. I’m scared of that thing. I’ll report back.
Came out ok. A bit watery but that’s my fault for putting in too much water.

I can’t get my head around the small water concept with pressure cookers. Used 1 1/2 cups. Probably should have used half a cup.

Yeah, pressure cookers and slow cookers are <<< water. I really have to watch myself with the slow cooker.

For the first time ever I cooked BBQ Pork Ribs. Started it in the airfryer then finished it off under the grill in the oven to get a bit of caramelisation/char.

It turned out amazing!!! Juicy and falling off the bone! I was shocked as I thought it'd never be soo tender. Although it took freaking ages to cook.

Excuse the photography, I promise i'll improve by the end of the season :p

Got a massive hankering for Char Siu pork atm - and because I couldn't get to the shops and the best shop in Chinatown Bankstown doesn't deliver I had to make do.
If you get stuck i can totally recommend this one from Woollies - comes out perfect and you can peel it away with a fork. I've just made myself some awesome pork rolls with it.
