Rules Recruitment ruling

As mentioned earlier :

In any one off-season, no more than ten of a club's recruits can be recruited from other existing clubs.

As this ruling was introduced as a curative rather than mitigative measure, the rule is to apply in full from NEXT off-season.

For the current off-season, the ruling affects 'Darkness Eternal' in the following manner :

Darkness Eternal's limit of recruits from other clubs stands at either :
a) 10 players, or
b) the number of players Darkness Eternal HAS currently recruited from other clubs, as at 4/9/01,
whichever number is higher.

Example :

If D.E. has recruited 7 players from other clubs, they can vie to poach up to 3 more.
If D.E. has currently recruited 12 players from other clubs, then 12 is their limit for this off-season.
