Saw some blokes robbing a caravan lock box so I killed them so I could have it. A witness saw me so I had to chase after and kill him too, when I got back the caravan and lock box was gone but the bodies were still there. Seems the caravan just despawned as there was no horses on it.

Had the same last night, they were hitting the lockbox with an axe, so I killed them both. I shot that box about 10 times and the campaigner of a thing wouldn’t open!

Yeah you can sell horses at stables, but you'll get minimum return if you don't have ownership papers.

I bought the $129 version of the game online ....it included a decent horse

I’m normally tight when it comes to spending the extra with games ....just go standard

This time I went what the hell...was worth the extra ...the bonus horse is good

I have this lock thingy.....does that help ...I’ve had for ages and haven’t been able to use it for anything

I'm sure I tried that and everywhere else including Horsie Horse but I guess I must be tripping. Certainly added to the mood hunting the cougar in the cave in the dark. At least I was able to use a rifle!

It's in the wheel, you press right trigger when on the knife i think. Rt cycles through other items

Still chapter 2 and just enjoying wandering around doing stuff like hunting, been a bit hard playing this lately, trying to squeeze in some time plus keep the missus happy which is rather difficult hahah.

I’m taking my time ...I did take a train to st denis and wow the feel of the game changes into,the city ...took a look at some alligators ...went fishing

I’m determined to catch all the fish in the game ...and collect all the cigarettes cards too

I love randomly stopping and checking out everything....I’m in no rush ...I don’t need it to be guns blazing every minute of the game ....but do enjoy the missions

Yes I’ve skipped two endings ptffff again I don’t care .....I enjoy the sometimes wandering nothingness of this game ....others won’t ...noticed some guy posted yesterday ...”finished” .....to me to finish it 3 days doesn’t give the due respect it was intended. There is joy to be had just exploring

Going to go hunting tonight which I’ve read is tedious and slow getting the pelts perfect ...hell this is 1890’s. Like I had to finish of this dear that I injured and was dying ....mans gotta eat!

I feel the game designers have this in mind. Some people get bored with just collecting and so on. For me this is the cowboy simulation aspect to the game I love ...you have to care about others in your gang

I literally stop and talk to everyone in the camps, towns ....robbing random. I’m close to chapter 3 I think. I will randomly sit there and look at the different outfits and hats ..

Cash finding has the right balance and once you get the map and fast travel it’s great ..just wish you fast travel back to camp or somehow remotely access the camp donations ...like call a horse and mate to come and take stuff back for you

Love the game .....it’s by far and away the best game I’ve played on PS4.

It’s a game I feel will have replay value too. Dam now gotta get my horse and head to work

became a total prick without really trying and a maxed out bounty in nearly every county

is there any perks to having bad honour
there is a few cool outfits that i can't buy due too poor honour

You need good honour when you get to Chapter 6 to unlock a mission - Bad honour and you wont be able to do this mission

The only perk is you can receive the "'Extreme Personality" trophy - Reach maximum or minimum Honour level.

Hey does anyone know how to revert your dead-eye to the original auto-mark and multiple shot mode? Once you upgrade it to a certain level it changes to a non-auto, one shot per activation kinda thing. **** that, I want the original mode but buggered if I can find an option for it.

In the original once you upgraded your dead eye you pressed R1 to mark them. Does the same thing work here? PRess R1 to mark rather than the shitty auto mark so you can get head shots then press R2 to set them off.

Thats a shame. Is there a reverse of that? As in one I can only get at full bad honour?

Yep im still not far into the game mission wise, just spent a lot of time drifting around, doing some hunts for treasure and animals, growing my beard etc

tedious maybe, but enjoy exploring, like to stop for every stranger

just need to stop crashing my horse occasionally

That moment you walk into a shop wanting to talk and sell some basic items and accidentally press the shoot trigger and head shot the shop keeper, then have to run out of town killing another 15 people on the way to safety.

$120 bounty for what would have been about $3 in sales, **** sake.

That is the best thing about this game. No matter how hard i try to be good...

just keep at it. It will soon change to a multiple, manual paint option which is easily the best option

Yep, taking your time in this game is the way Rockstar would want people to play it, obviously everyone is different but I’m loving the slow aspect and realism of it, and it’s not every year a game like this comes out, so I’m going to enjoy it for weeks even months to take in the full experience.

Came across a guy panning for gold and I remember someone else in here had too and said he found a massive nugget so they robbed him.

I started stealing stuff from his horse saddle so he started shooting me which of course meant I had to shoot him back. Does anybody know if people like these re-appear?

That was me. I tried stealing from his horse too but his horse kicked me. He didn’t see me though so I got to wait around longer and watch.

Some of these events respawn if they aren’t complete. Or maybe they’re just random and you will run into them regardless. Outside of camp I had a wagon constantly spawning being held up by raiders and I always avoided it. One time I went up and they shot at me so I rode away. It kept spawning until I finally dealt with it.
