This gives me confidence.

The boys in the squad, can play good competitive cricket at that level. All they need to do now is to develop that inner confidence to expand it to the 4 day game.

The skills are their - winning the 20/20 last year, now being top of the 50 over format is evident that they can play the game. Give Chuck Berry another summer and I think we will challenge for a good placing next summer.

Once they find that confidence, things will turn around very quickly.

I doubt (hope we dont) we get the spoon in the A-League. Gold Coast have been rubbish of late, but if we dont pick up again soon.

But, you have to ask - could this finally be the thing that brings the redbacks from the grave, I mean normally you would have just expected them to lose that game but they didn't

could it be at all possible that they will finally get the confidence that they should be wining games rather than just simply accepting losing like they do all so often?

Will be an interesting return game - if we get a home final I think I will venture down to at least support to team...

that is the thing with South Australian Cricket, we go throught players and coaches by the dozen yet 2 things stay the same - the SACA board structure and the structure of SA cricket

perhaps it is time to start looking in that direction (yeah right and the ICC will accept the Woolf report )

No. I thought the same about our 20/20 form the last few years. It has all meant nothing. If you play enough games, eventually something positive will happen.

Until Grade Cricket is fixed we cant' fix the SACAs

Look where our bowlers actually bat in grade cricket. Brendan Drew batting at number 4 FFS. Richardson bats at 5. This is the standard of grade cricket.......woeful.

what I don't understand is the futures team tends to do alright, but the moment they hit shield level they are just shit.
