Hello all,

i woke up this morning in a cold sweat of worry! lol

just wondering when Legends and Captains members have to register for GF tickets (if by some chance we happen to get there)..

HAve had to do this the last 2 years and i'm sure i've done it by now..

Hoping i havn't missed an email or letter or something??

Any advice on the matter would be appreciated

Cheers

Its usually Monday after Semi Finals. It's done before the PF as if you win a PF the GF tickets are allocated Monday after. You haven;t missed yet. I know this because I forgot in 2009 and went through the PF knowing if we won I had stuffed my GF ticket. Didn't make the same mistake last 2 years

My understanding is it has to do with whether or not we win our first final.

If we win against the Hawks the subscription date will be next week sometime, yet if we lose it will be after (if) we win our semi final.

i know this is slightly forward thinking - but if we beat WCE (or North) this'll be something that we'll need to be doing next week.

6 September 2012

All 2012 Club 5, Legends and 51+ year members are considered Priority One members and have guaranteed access to register for, and purchase a ticket to the 2012 Toyota AFL Grand Final if Collingwood is a competing team.

Click here to download the step-by-step Collingwood member Grand Final ticketing registration guide.
Priority One member registrations will be open between the following times if either of the scenarios below occurs:
Collingwood wins Week 1 of the Finals
Priority One members must register between 8am – 1pm EST Wednesday 12 September 2012.

Collingwood loses Week 1 but wins in week 2 of the finals
Priority One members can register between 8am – 1pm EST Wednesday 19 September 2012.

Please note: Any Club 5, Legends and 51+ year members who do not register in the designated time frame or instead elect to register within the Priority Two or Priority Three time frame will have waived their right to a guaranteed ticket.

At the time of registration, Priority One members can elect not to receive standing room ticket(s), however we strongly recommend all members select “Option 1 – I will accept the best available ticket – including standing room” at the time of registering to retain their guaranteed access to a Grand Final ticket.
REGISTRATION PROCEDURE
During their designated registration period outlined above, members can register for a Grand Final ticket online via ticketek.com.au or by calling 1300 796 939. If you choose to register via the website, please ensure you have a My Ticketek Account before registering. If you don’t already have one, we recommend logging onto ticketek.com.au and selecting My Ticketek to create an account at least 24 hours prior to registration.

Members will be prompted to provide their 12-digit membership barcode number(s) and credit card number.

Members wishing to sit together must register their group in one transaction using one credit card (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, Diners). There is a maximum of eight (8) tickets per transaction and members should be aware that registrations with more than one seat are “one in, all in” or “one out, all out”; group bookings will not be split.

Each barcode entered will be charged a $5 non-refundable fee at the time of registration to cover administration costs.

The following ticket options will be provided for members to select when registering:

1. I will accept the best available ticket – including standing room

Members can receive a platinum, gold, silver, bronze, restricted view or standing room ticket. These will be allocated on a best available basis, are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.

2. I will accept the best available reserved seat – no standing room

Members can receive a platinum, gold, silver, bronze or restricted view seat. These will be allocated on a best available basis, are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. Members will not be allocated a standing room ticket.
Note: If you select option 2 and if all reserved seat tickets have been allocated when your registration is next to be processed, you will not be issued a Grand Final Ticket.
There are no junior tickets issued for the 2012 Toyota AFL Grand Final. All juniors must purchase a concession ticket. Furthermore, all adult members must purchase adult tickets.

Tickets will be allocated via the Ballot on a next best available basis, and therefore members can receive a platinum seat, gold seat, silver seat, bronze seat, restricted view seat or standing room* ticket.

If successful in the Ballot, the member who provided the credit card details during the Ballot registration period must ensure they have sufficient funds in accordance with the prices shown below, including the $5 non-refundable fee per barcode registered and potentially having to pay for Platinum tickets.
