Just gonna put this in a bottle and see where it turns up.
I would love to watch a game of footy one day where the commentators just call the game, no wanking on about players who would, could and might do something, no telling us how good they are, what they've done in the past, just calling the ****in game, no ejaculating over player x who is in the vicinity but doesn't win the ball just call the ****in game, does my ****in head in.

Don’t tell me I have to support Freo and Collingwood within 2 days of each other. That’s reason enough to call the season right now.
We're not catching Brisbane imo, would require us to win our last three games and our injury list is massive, better for us if they beat the pies, to shore up a 5th or 6th finish.

It wouldn’t require anything for us to catch Brisbane. They lose to the Pies, we’re ahead on percentage and it’s all in our hands. Ye of little faith.

We get JK back this week. Waterman too. We might get Yeo back for our last game. Beyond that - Shuey? Yeah there’s some sore lads but let’s be honest, everyone is missing people. Dogs don’t have Vandermeer or Easton Wood. North don’t have Ben Brown.

I think some people find it easier to tell themselves that we won’t succeed so that if we don’t they can say ah see I knew it, didn’t get my hopes up, I’m not hurt.

Toughen up lads.

There's a rumor going around that he wants out. Prefers St Kilda.
Freo need to continue to rebuild. If Walters doesn't like the new firm they will happily cash him in for good picks.

They’d be level on points with us and likely behind on % with any loss. They also have Carlton and a QLD derby where anything could happen. Both sides are also on a similar level to the teams we have coming up so if ours are sketchy fixtures why not theirs? They’ve arguably been in worse form too, so 2 losses out of their remaining 3 games wouldn’t be the longest odds going around.

It won’t take much to be locked away in the top 4 with some of the upcoming fixtures. We’re going to be huge Collingwood and Essendon fans over the next couple of weeks and there’s still the Richmond and Geelong game that will give us a leg up on either one.

Taberner. What a dead set liability. Manages to sap the will to go on from his team mates with his finishing.

Very funny to read Freo board STILL talking the guy up the last few days.

If he was any good Freo might have won tonight or at least forced the Tigers to lift significantly.

Taberner sucks. He's 28 next year and has never really blown a game out of the water.

Tbf this was the first bad game he's had since the last hub. Was pretty good every week in Perth.
I think what I see from him is that when he is going well he looks like a gun particularly with his marking but he still makes too many fundamental errors or poor decisions that undermine his good work. He was threatening to tear the Derby apart earlier in the year but it flamed out.

Taberner is the Fremantle Casboult

Yeah can definitely agree with that at times he can be so frustrating, he's one of my favourite players and has been for years now so I do have tendencies to always back him, but I'm glad he's actually managed to have an injury free season and get out on the park every week, he's been so important for us this year. Thought Hogan was pretty good last night too, the more those two play together and work out a way for Hogan to consistently deliver the ball to Tabs in the forward line the better they'll both get.

Pffff....I get the same highs as you without any crushing disappointments. I'll stick with expecting to be underwhelmed :D
