Yeah average coach imo. The amount of talent that bloke has had for several years for literally 0 return is outrageous.

To be fair, his team did make the Grand Final last year in addition to prelims in two of the three years before that - that is a return.

But agreed, tactically he is one of the very worst coaches in the competition.
