Why tho?
Think we need to look past the fact that they played for us in the past because that’s the only reason why anyone every really suggests them

Knights has been okay as an assistant but also given the ass by the cats the year before they won the flag and Newman seems fine but no different to a good 10 other coaches
If there are 10 other untried coaches that have won a flag at vfl , great however I doubt that’s the case , this is the value of a road test in absence of those that have never coached a team , in an ideal world you’d do it with your short list naturally that’s not practical

Firstly it's Krakouer. To say Andrew Krakouer and Leon Davis are getting paid to do no show jobs, is an insult to these two gentlemen.
They have been working alongside Jodie Sizer, the Collingwood VP and proud Djab Wurrung, Gunditjmara woman, in implementing some of the final recommendations from the findings of the Do Better Report, whilst holding positions as Cultural officers.
I suggest you probably listen to Krak and and Davis themselves talk about their roles at Collingwood. You can actually watch a news report, as of yesterday on the work Leon Davis is doing at Collingwood.
In terms of Treloar, l think Buckley’s description of Treloar’s teammates wanting him out, wasn't the best terminology used, but his teammates were frustrated with the way he played the game, meaning he would kick, mark, handball and run to positions he wanted to, which suited his offensive game, but defensively offered nothing to the team.

Firstly, every organisation in the country with more than 20 people would have a cultural awareness program/ insert other name. Collingwood would have copied the original document issued from Canberra, same as every other organisation but added their name and logo to the PowerPoint presentation. Plus added a couple pages relevant to them (couple hours work).

Secondly Magpies have 2 Aboriginal players in Hill and Johnson. I think it's pretty racist and insensitive of you to suggest that each Aboriginal player needs their OWN Cultural "officer" as though you're suggesting they can't tie their own shoelaces.

Surely one is sufficient and surely after saying how you going cuz all good, they treating you alright, any issues this week? (5 mins) The job is a no show job. Krakour already has practically another no show job operating alimaks for the CFMEU 6 days a week 7-5:30pm. How could his Magpies "job" be anything but a no show job when he's physically on a construction site an hour away.

Thirdly, Treloar was on the news crying saying he called all his teammates asking them personally if what Buckley said was true, which they angrily responded that it was bullsh1t and not on their behalf.

Fourthly, Figjam Buckley left Brisbane because he wanted to win flags 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 at Collingwood and in 25 years won none 😂😂😂😂😂. To quote your racist club. You need to "Do Better!"

What are you on about. Who said that Leon Davis and Andrew Krakouer are brought in as Cultural Manager and Officer for Johnson and Bobby Hill?
If you even remotely know what your talking about, they're there to educate and provide ongoing Cultural awareness for the whole club.
Sorry your obviously at the AIA centre 24/7, so you know when Andy Krakouer is there, and isn't. Good to see you keeping track of Andy Krakouers movements.
Your grasping at straws that aren't even there buddy, but your welcome to remain deluded as you obviously already are....👍

yeah but what are you going to do about your racist supporters

What are you going to do about yours?

If any Collingwood supporter shouts racial abuse over the fence or racially vilifies a player on social media, they will be rightfully banned from attending any further matches, and if they're members, have their membership removed.

IDGAF when Krakour is magically at the Pies sh!t hole. And i'm not keeping track of his movements. But I do know his Superintendent and a few supervisors who run the site he works on (if you could call sitting on a chair pushing an Alimak button working). There's no ongoing Cultural awareness. It's a one-off thing: a video, powerpoint presentation and a questionaire. Hopefully they've fixed up the question where the REAL answer is Capt cook arrived in 1770. NOT 1788. New employees do it during the onboarding. Maybe an additional hour-long presentation prior to Sir Doug Nichols round(s)? NOT ONGOING as you deludedly suggest as no one is required to do more than once, same as sexual harrassment in the workforce training.

So, stop talking out of your ass. You know fu@k all. Get a job with a big company and you can do the cultural awareness training yourself... Once is enough. People would revolt if they were made to repeatedly go through it as you foolishly suggest. Now p1ss off back to your own club's board (2 flags in 65 years LMAO "biggest club in the land" the only thing big about your club is the queue at the methadone clinic and prison population representation, and your former president 6 chins fat head!)

Wasn't it reported last year mini was dimmas long term replacement they were working on a transition over next 18 months

But it came early

NO! It wasn't! Looks like too many cones were smoked that night.

The thing is, does not matter who we end up getting, for a while at least it will feel like a step back.
No candidate will sound as good.
After 14 years and certainly the last 6 odd seasons of having the greatest coach (arguably) of the modern era, next guy is going to be an easy target....

which ones ? we didnt boo goodes and franklin for being blacks

and nicky winmar

Unfortunately and sadly Adam Goodes, was driven from the game, because of the constant booing he received in just about every game he played in during the last two years of his career. I remember him doing the traditional war cry dance towards the Carlton supporters in a game during indigenous round 2015, and he was unfairly criticised for that, and didn't get the full support he needed at the time. Ultimately he walked away from the game in 2015. So sadly it wasn't only Collingwood supporters who booed during that sad time for Goodesy.
I wasn't aware, and l'm pretty sure the booing of Franklin had nothing to do with Buddy's indigenous heritage. It was to do with Buddy's history of constant brilliance against us, and an attempt to put him off his game. I was at the game and the loudest booing from a certain section of the crowd l could hear, was for Papley and Parker.
I agree the Nicky Winmar incident was horrible, and a fantastic stance taken at the time by Nicky, and the tone of abuse coming from crowds at the old suburban grounds 30 years ago, l could imagine wouldn't be things you would hear today, thank god. It's fantastic to see the club make peace with Nicky, and the club hold the healing ceremony for him recently.
But surely you're not tarnishing the current day Collingwood supporter with what happened 30 years ago, are you?

I do work for a corporate company, and we do all sorts of training in regards to equality and acceptance. You sound a bit worked up buddy, take a chill pill, and watch the blood pressure...
