The academy is everything when you are on top what brought us down has been the lack of elite talent from finishing on top, it’s something Sydney never need to worry about

No matter where they finish every draft they have access to elite talent that has been trained in their own system for 5 years

Even with us we draft an elite player but they only start training under our system after we drafted him and possibly re teach the systems and habits they learned in the TAC team
