Roos v Worsfold

Both Premiership coaches, both started coaching at similar stages and by the looks of it both face similar battles to keep their team up once again next season.
If both became available who would you rather coached your team?
For mine it would be Roos.. he just seems to always get the best out of his players no matter what!

In my opinion Roos is a significantly better coach than Worsfold. He has achieved the same measure of success with an inferior list, and has also implemented a structure and philosophy among the players that is steeped in respect.

Having said that however, in light of the actual question - "who would you rather at your club" - the decision is harder to make, given the unattractive style of play that the Swans exhibit...

Worsfold is better. All Roos does is flood.

both teams have done about the same. a premiership each. both failed to make the GF again this year. alot of people beleive these 2 teams are slipping so i think the real test will be next year.
whoever can keep there team in it will be the best

Biased opinon here but.... WOOSHA!
I know they have achieved relatively the same measures of success over the past few years, but I really hate Sydneys style of play and that tips the scales in Johnnys direction. Plus, I think Woosha is better at keeping his cool in difficult situations on the field (and off) whereas Roos tends to hurt that poor little phone.
