Would've thought Dewar was ahead of Long

Do hope Long can regain some form this year, he's looked like a shadow of himself but I still rate him highly

Dewar has been played off HB since he returned to the WAFL so given we are replacing Cripps and Owies then Long makes more sense positionally

Hope we can bring Clay back in. Going to be the Reddo of our next flag side so may as well get another ingredient in before we give it a big old stir

Edit: Will be an even more welcome inclusion considering it’s looking like it’s going to be wet weather footy

Bullish on Hally here. Doesn’t have the skills or decision making of a reddo. If we draft two high end mids this year that could almost spell the end of him.
- Hewett, Harley, Gross, Mid 1, Mid 2

I think you are wrong actually. Had 14 contested possessions from 19 centre bounce attendances against Brisbane and went at 80% DE. Will be a contested beast as he continues to mature I think. Also none of the 3 you mention are quite as in and under & the mids due to be drafted could be anything / fit the required mould for a contested ball player, or not pan out at all

Very much agree with this. Hall isn't flashy but he is exactly the sort of player that provides balance that is so important.
Hall isn't Priddis but he is much more in that style compared to the likes of Harley and Hewett. Graham and Hall share some traits and I think the pair probably do well as rotations.

To be fair Priddis also wasn’t Priddis until age 21 - but I like the early signs for a gutsy, head down, handball first young player like Hally. I doubt the Eagles are anywhere near thinking he might be done, and I don’t think that changes after another draft either

It's the AFL way, if you're indigenous you're basically shoe-horned into being a small forward 90% off the time.

When Brockman came over some hawthorn fans came on to the board to say they were sad to see him go, thought he could become their Bolton.

It does look like that is Brockman's ideal development, the true mid-forward (STRIKER!)

I finally realised what was wrong with the St Kilda win.

I didn't have to do a pre-game nervous poo.

Felt wrong.

IN: The need to take a nervous poo
OUT: Apathy (and the nervous poo itself)

Maybe your nervous poo is causing the team to lose!

Nah, the lack of nerves is the problem, just expect to lose now so no nervous poos :(

Once we start winning again ol Mr Hanky will become more regular and all will be right in the world.
So, are we all pitching in to buy you laxatives or diarrhoea stop?
