Honestly does it even matter who is in and who is out? Nobody we bring in is going to win us the game.

If Priddis is playing, Ling will tag him out of the game.

If we are up even by 10 points in the last minute. I want Lynchy in the ruck with a Whopper and Cheese in one hand and the ball in the other. Would be a all time classic football moment. Im sitting in Row A right on the fence this week so if theres a ball up near by ill throw Lynchy a snack

HOULI!!! Where's Mcginnity? :(

SWIFT!!!!!!! I'd be happy to see Swift, Masten, and Ebert start in those positions although it's unlikely to happen..

Does Swift being named in the starting 18 mean he is a definite for the final 22? Does anyone know the rules regarding this?

I always thought it did but last week Byrnes was named in the 18 but was left out of the final 22 named on Friday. He then came back in as a late change for Corey.

No NickNat? This is an outrage. Seaby and Fletcher? :thumbsd:

Priddis and Houlihan to hopefully be the 2 to come into our 22.

Assuming the outs come from the interchange, I'd say we'll go with the following:

1 of: Brown, Hunter, Spangher
I can't see us needing more than one interchange key position player. Personally, I'd go with Brown, though I'd be happy to see Spangher given a chance.

Priddis if he is fit, otherwise Fletcher.

Seaby - I think we look more settled as a team with a second ruckman.

Houlihan - I believe he is out of contract at the end of the season and we need to know what he has to offer, before we make a decision on him.

That looks like a reasonably well-balanced interchange IMO.

Hmm.. average age is 22.9 yrs. Pretty young. Hopefully its a great learning experience for the boys.

I hope they play really hard man on man stuff. Kerr's bump resulted in a suspension. I wanna see some wrestling! Fire the boys up!

Kerry said that the reason he did it was to get them fired up, lets hope they take out their anger on the cats!

Yeah, very young. Essendon has been feilding sides with a similar age though. Difference in game style and cattle though.

given kerr's out, i don't have as much beef with fletcher's inclusion as many others seem to.

no good playing all our kids only for them to get smashed. having said that i'm sure we'll get smashed anyway.

yep, therein lies the mystery..the dons have been playing good footy, showing good skills+pace..a young team too..they handle the speed+pressure of the game well..why are we so lame..do their younguns have an extra year on ours?

anyway go get em eagles..do yer best. :thumbsu:

Nic Nat is not 100% match it. As exciting as he may it is unfair to make him debut when he is not fit.

Since when did fairness mean anything with selectors? If they were "fair" Nicoski wouldnt be selected week after week.

Plus, Nic Nat isnt really competiting with any one for a sport apart from Seaby. I doubt anyone would complain with him replacing Seaby in the lineup.
