• Chesser was pretty good, showed his wheels
• Shanahan is sick (radar weirdly off today)
• Ginbey very good again
• Liam Baker Woosha Medal by so far
• One year closer to the removal of father son from the first round

Didn't watch the game because I'm not insane, but we won the free kick count (despite what the game day thread had me think) and broke even at the stoppages which we never do. Even won the hitouts against the million dollar man. WTF happened?

Flagmantle to finish 9th
We don't need anymore HBFs - Between Maric, Baker, McCarthy we are completely set.
The resurrection of Chesser has been fun to watch. 22disposals, 3 Tackles, 3 Clearances. in that dogshit match was a good outing.
Shanahands should of had another 3-4 today had he kicked straight.
Graham was good, 20d, 10 Tackles, 7 Clearances, 445mg was a good day.

Negatives:
Literally no aerial presence to prevent them from easy marks
The Mid work-rate was very poor for the defensive running. Dogs butchered us on the spread.
Owies is a fat cat of a small forward, unless it's delivered to him on a platter he's useless.
TK is dead again.
Newton - 1 disposal in 26% game time... not the greatest of starts
Cole had a very poor day. - Put the contract away.

We do this against the Dogs a lot.

English is worth nothing at ruck contests and their mids just go on their merry way regardless of who the tap goes to.

The Dogs now have basically = 1st percentage (141.0 vs 140.7 vs 140.3) and are 3 games behind Adelaide.

They have beaten up Essendon twice, saints, port, Richmond, us.
They are this year's fraud team

The result and magnitude was ALWAYS coming.

Tough game to keep any interest in, so to for the players by the looks of it.

Chesser appears to have extended his career by a year, well done, it was very much looking over.

Excited for an afl pre season for mccarthy and to see what year 2 looks like for shanahan. Genuine positives in a dark year.

Ginbey a shining light all year. Commentary discussing him going back in the middle. Forget that.

Davis as a first year player shows real potential as a modern winger, definitely persist.

This side (and harley) desperately need hewett to become an A grade mid. Jury is out but you can see it.

Hall has a low afl ceiling. Will need to work real hard to be a clearance beast. Would like to see him tackle more and defend better.

Not sure what to make of bazzo. Doesn't have the athletic profile of a brock or ginbey. Doesn't have the size of an Edwards/barrass. Not a naturally aggressive competitor like a ginbey or Edwards. Yet to show hes an elite interceptor or lock down. May end up being a depth KPD.

Good grief, I didn’t check their percentage after that. Would be incredible if they were to miss finals… would think that percentage for a non finalist is a record that won’t be broken!

I think that was the worst forwardline we've ever put out (Shanahan the only shining light there). Midfield was slow. Defence was under siege and sloppy. All in all, top viewing.
