But I was thinking over a beer, watching the fire last night:
If the results of ASADA investigation come out in August, it should be just in time for our last round clash against Essendon.
If half of their players are banned from playing, we could effectively have a bye going into the finals.
This would infuriate the AFL, because if one thing is for sure, we are not a favoured club and the AFL hierarchy would be furious to see us get any sort of advantage.
Would be piss funny to see the steam coming out of Vlads ears as the Tigers go into the finals, the only club to have the bye in round 23.
