Ah the life of a second year Supercoach noob. Last year I had no idea at this game at all yet still finished forth. I knew nothing about upgrading and downgrading and sideways trading, etc.

I'm, going to upgrade Stevens to Ablett instead of Bartel I think in the next few weeks. Would be nice to have both though!

Interesting stat that someone pointed out is that 8 of the top 10 overall super coach teams have Ablett. I don't think you can win you league grand final without him. Two of the top 8 teams in my league have him and I have already been killed by Ablett once when he got 500 points as captain. I have to play a team this week with Ablett, Bartel, Cooney and Dal Santo in it! And then he has Richo, O'Keefe in his forward line.

I match him pretty much all over the ground except I could be in trouble if Ablett, Bartel and Cooney have a monster game and either one of O'Keefe or Richo goes besserk too

I know he's the no.1 scorer but i have positions that are sh1thouse so i see it as a great chance to fix my team as i will also be pocketing a few hundred grand from this as well.... plus next week im swapping Josh Hill for Valenti

You DO NOT trade out Ablett under any circumstances what so ever!

Think about in the coming weeks when you face a team who has Ablett in it and he has another 500 point game as captain. He will kill you all on his own.

I've learnt my lesson when out of all the weeks a team had Ablett and single handily beat me when he had that 500 point game as captain. (Still haven't got over that, has scarred me for life cause I would have won easy otherwise! )

I vowed from that day on that I MUST get him into my team before the finals. No way am I gonna let Ablett kill me like that again.

Having said that I am up against a team with Ablett, Bartel and Cooney in it this week. For christ sakes it just doesn't get any easier this game. Worried that my 3 game winning streak might come to an end.

Just quietly preying that the three of them all have f*ing shockers!

Dude, seriously dont do it man.

The money is just not worth it.

Scafrifice another premium if you absolutely have to but man, that is just plain dumb.

Sorry to be blunt but it doesnt matter if GAblett loses 80k he is the #1 score in all of SC land.

Not sure my Satan sir. I'd want to go Hill > Chapman if I was you, so if you can dig up enough cash from someone else in your backline you don't want, that'd be better. Gotta get rid of Hill though I'd say..he may be dropped anyway tomorrow, have to wait and see. Valenti could be gone again in 2-3 weeks..more likely more I guess.

I hope Hill gets dropped. My opponent is a noob and probably wont even trade him out. Means he will be playing with one or possibly two donuts.

So you could get rid of Houli now, for Myers, get Chappy, then Get rid of Wona for Cotchin next week , upgrade Brown..and then later on when Browne/Myers are at their peak...upgrade your final midfield spot.

So you could get rid of Houli now, for Myers, get Chappy, then Get rid of Wona for Cotchin next week , upgrade Brown..and then later on when Browne/Myers are at their peak...upgrade your final midfield spot.

I got screwed over that day also fo rmaking C.Cornes captain and he sucked dogs balls that day. Should have made Buddy captain instead but I would have still lost!
