Yep, Peake and Head (oh thank god) dropped for Groves and Elvis. So at this stage no game for ruffles.

Could be a late change me thinks though. With the ground probably going to be wet it wouldnt surprise me if Peake or Ruffles cam in for someone like a Kepler or even for one of the youngsters (pearce or walters).

He has gone missing a bit the last few games, the last quarter of the richmond game excepted. Guys like Peake are the sort of players that really need a kick up the arse if they let their form slip.

showers and a minimum temperature of 7 degrees, sounds like the visitors will feel more at home than the locals... classic sleepy hollow weather that is..... i wonder if something could be done to make a rule where we are only allowed 18 players for the day... really make the game in geelong's favour, might see those 9 dollar odds get up to the $20 mark

i remember the one, although i dont think they gave the boys cold water, i think it had more to do with the temperature reaching 3 degrees, with rain and at time sleet hitting the boys.... rediculous conditions to play in, reminds me off playing down at harvey in my old south mandurah days.... that geelong game, every player except i think shaun mcmanus were wearing long sleeve jumpers, shaun had to be a terry TC that day obviously

we got belted that day didnt we? like 65 points or something, i think peter bell kicked our first four scoring shots if i remember rightly in the first quarter and then we didnt score for like a half

i cant wait till we become like geelong are now, where you go into everygame, no matter where it is, and expect to win and win well...
