There's been two instances of opposing players confronting after the siren this season and Crowley has been the constant in the two, but yeah, it's the Geelong players carrying on.

Crowley's an effective tagger who plays right on the edge of the rules. Has absolutely zero offensive capacity.

Role player: yes. Star: no.

Zero offensive capacity?? Fool.

You could throw around pissweak insults becaue your team will make its 2nd ever prelim, or you could engage some posters opinions that Crowley is an elite tagger but very, very limited in nearly every other aspect of the game.
Decent overhead, kicked more goals last year than this year at a guess without checking.

Was a big reason we got on top today shutting down Johnson who had brought about five of his own footies to the game.

My point is he contributed to a winning side in a role that helped win them the game.
Which has nothing to do with my post about him being limited, or the fact that having a reduced role doesn't enhance your abilities or reputation?

He definitely completes his role, he is part of a winning team. This doesn't make him a star.

I'm glad Ross Lyon changed his role back to being a tagger. Harvey had him as a forward which didn't really work out.

Should be an inspiration to young footballers everywhere.

Had a tumour in his femur as a kid. Lost a lot of bone. Then worked hard and got drafted. Got delisted before he debuted. Worked harder to get back on the list. Finally debuted, but has been on the verge of delistment for many periods in his career.

Great player.
