Correct. There's a name on the players jumper's left breast about whom I'm referring to. I went to a very big function last evening and the word getting around is that the club has been advised and Ill use the words I heard, "stop becoming amateur hour".

This was my biggest concern with Sando. I felt he was often running a social club program over an elite professional club. He appeared to be too matey with some of the players...and by reports not communicative enough with others. I felt really uneasy when he was in the media doing conferences saying things like 'I hope the right team turns up this week'. No Sando, you don't hope...you demand. You set the agenda and you ensure that as the leader of the playing group you develop that culture. I felt he didn't have the confidence in his players abilities. There are no excuses at the elite level. Age, weather, injuries etc are for amateur clubs.

The state jumper fiasco was just the start this year, the marketing at the beginning of the year was really amateur, and the on-field results were poor. Whatever happens from here on in, the club must show a clear vision, a demanding culture and a unified approach without compromise.

Afc currently has too many staff with a senior management title - the amount if gm's alone is ridiculous for an organisation of that size. There is not enough work to go around for everyone in the structure, which suggests there are people not pulling their weight.

I expect we will see a more streamlined professional corporate structure in place with the deadwood cut loose. Should give us more money to go towards footy operations rather than trigg, smart & chappy's mates!

The financial statements as well as showing a drop in corporate sponsorship show increased administration costs. For what?

Where does the majority of the Smart hate come from? Is it mainly the jumper fiasco?

I've heard he was one of the few who was actually quite critical of the club - especially in regards to handlings of certain matters (Tippett being one that comes to mind). Whether he's a capable manager is a different question. But I have a feeling Fagan may give him a year to assess his worth.

Bones is an embarrassment to our Club with his hatred of it. It comes across both active and passively. Subtle and deliberate. His negativity and bitterness is for all to hear every day.

A few cheap shots by other Clubs regarding the way we sacked Sando.

Lets have a read of the way the Power did, they declared that Primus was "safe" and yet sacked him two weeks after that.
