Missed most of the last half, but I tell ya, Nick Smith will be a superstar. I loved his mark in the first quarter, sensational use of the body then a great grab over the pack, then slotted the goal. Class!

Can you report anything else of the game for me? Had to work and missed the second half.
From what I saw, Carroll played well, Hunter okay, Rigoni good, Rivers didn't do anything, Moorcroft didn't do anything, Jamar was okay in the ruck, Wheatley okay... anything else?
Rigoni was good.
Wheatley was good but very soft.
Carroll was solid.
Hunter disappointing.
Moorcroft didn't do a thing all day.
Rivers didn't get much game time.
Smith clearly best of MFC players.
Fisher was quiet with limited oppurtunities.
Poyas was pretty good but got caught a lot.
Lamb was killed by Loats.
Jamar was solid.

If Lamb was killed by Loats, then he is definately finished with the MFC. Even I could beat Loats!
Let's just hope other clubs didn't see that ****ty performance so we can trade him for something decent. Lamb and Pick 20 for Rob Murphy?
I also hope we promote Fisher to the senior list, as he could actually be the answer to some of our problems in the midfield with his attack on the footy.
Of those players mentioned, Carroll, Hunter, Rivers, Smith, Fisher and Jamar are the only ones I could consider safe on our list for next year!

Fisher has obvious talent, but if we promote Carroll I can't see us finding a spot for him on the senior list just yet.

Loats has been in hot form lately. Getting beaten by him is not as devastating as it sounds. I really reckon getting rid of Lamb will come back to haunt us.

A very disappointing 2nd half from Sandy, after a very bright start.
Box Hill lifted & we went backwards!
I was disappointed in Lamb. He let Loats get away too easily on occasions. I've been a huge Lamb fan & still feel he's been harshly treated, ND's not giving him a fair go so he's gotta move on for his own sake.
But yeah he was poor on Saturday it was a bit of an onslaught after half time, so not all his fault.
Really wanted him to play a blinder & shove it up ND...
