I was a stupid kid who got on the bandwagon of hating Muslims after 9/11.

Years later, due to experience and smartening up, I stopped being an anti-Muslim ****wit.

Although Islamic fundamentalism and support for it are in the millions, I still believe that good Muslims far outweigh the problematic ones.

It doesn't mean I don't support stringent vetting measures, though, but I am dubious of the motivations of those who want a ban. Understandable, though.

9/11 changed the world, and unfortunately, I think it's the Middle East that's copped the brunt of the damage since then.

Indian Sikhs in America copped collateral damage as ignorant Americans didnt know who they were.

I got a call from an ex-girlfriend on the Tuesday night, not long after the first plane hit. I spent the next 7 hours watching the coverage. The next day, I had uni in the arvo. We spent the lecture (which admittedly was only 2 people) discussing the implications.

Apropos of nothing, but I had just turned 14 and the last few months of 2001 were changing times in my life for reasons that I won't bore anyone with. I don't think the World Trade Center attacks had any impact on any of that, but it is a delimiter in my memory of life before and life after.

I have a similar pre/post. I met my now wife the weekend after 9/11. Ansett collapsed the next day (13th in Aust) which created havoc around Australia. From a Chaos Theory view, WTC attack caused me to get married.

I was in high school so didn't hear about it until the next morning but I'll always remember what the first few hours were like. A teacher bought a TV into class and let us watch the news updates. I didn't know who Osama Bin Laden was until that happened.

Watched a documentary where they had footage at the airport of one of the terrorists going through the security check, They interviewed the worker who let him through and he said he thought there was something suspicious about him but he let him through anyway. How bad would you feel being him? :(

I work with a guy who legit thinks it was an inside job by Bush.

What's the damning evidence?

Here's a few things to consider

So do a lot of people. Call them conspiracy theorists but there's some pretty damning evidence that suggests it was.
Most people laugh it off. How could it possibly be?? There is MANY unanswered questions, and many blatant lies and cover ups going on in the official report. Do some research, it will blow your mind.

A government **** up can never just be a **** up to these people.

9/11 truthers are Moon landings truthers at this point.

So many questions about what went on that day.
So few in the mainstream have had the balls to tackle it.
Equally sad as pathetic.
I remember watching the BBC and they announced the third tower fell, world trade center seven. Then flicking over half an hour later to sky news coverage where they claimed ten minutes later to see it falling live

Strange shit went on that day

Hear the same event called live 40 minutes apart

Turns out the BBC jumped the gun by 40 minutes and didn't follow script
