Shane Watson and Barry Young ?

Could anyone please give me any information on where Shane Watson and Barry Young will be playing football this upcoming season.
Have they elected to coach some team in the bush or play VFL , SANFL or WAFL ?

Shane Watson came from Montmorency in the Diamond Valley good chance he will end up back there.I will keep you posted.

I understand Shane Watson was in Adelaide last week with Ryan O'Connor talking to the Port Adelaide FC (SANFL). I don't know how discussions went though, I'm not sure if Port is interrested or not.

Dutch, i tried all year to give him the benifit of the doubt, that it WASNT just the money. That he really felt that he was a good performer and that he would produce for us. You know the nervousness i had in us selecting him and unfortunatly it proved even worse than i expected.

But the absolute last straw was the interview he gave to Inside Footy were he admitted that he found it hard to play for a club he 'felt no passion for' and that he was thinking more about the Dons success during the year. After that i was very very pleased that
a) we cut him
b) that if the Hawks couldnt win the GF, that the Dons did, just to stick it to Young who COULD have been a premiership player but will now NEVER know that glory
c) over the moon that no other club picked him up.

So now hes a washed up, no more career soon to be forgotten tagger who im personally very glad has got NOTHING to show for his playing days.
