Maybe they do need to go the 'Chappy and Harley' route, although then Geelong also has Rooke and Scarlett who aren't afraid to let their hair hang out. maybe go a happy medium and use Brad Otten's military #1.5 short back and sides.

Just on another point, and perhaps the side didn;t see a need for them in terms of direction, but Geelong practically gave King and Gardiner away to the Saints, acquiring pick 90 which Geelong never went within a bulls roar of using. (Stopped drafting after pick 60 for A.Donohue - F.S). Would any Tigers thing that a couple of mature bodies like that could have helped the structure of the side? King would be a great back-up to Simonds, and Gardiner a lead-up player to help Rich get the ball deep in forward.

I'm totally in agreement (and not just because I'm a head shaver myself).

It's not about how they look, I just think it would be a symbolic gesture to show that they're all on the same page and committed to the team.
