If you had been following the World Cup you would have noticed that there have been a lot of high scoring matches, and that all bowlers have gone for runs at times. For example, in the game against SA 8 bowlers went for more than 60 runs.

The fact that McGrath has better figures against minnows than good teams is hardly a revelation.
