Did she really say that? Awesome.

I read somewhere she and her Dad helped finance Gittany's defence to the tune of $170k. Stupidness must run in that family
$170k worth of legal defence and that crap was the best they could come up with?

Apparently she has signed an exclusive deal with some network to give her opinions there, didn't want to ruin that with another courtroom outburst I guess

She's signed by Seven. They have part 2 of the interview this sunday night.

"he didn't break her finger, he fractured it"

.
LOL

That was a classic. Second best was the post mentioned earlier about being physically impossible to throw a 50kg woman off the balcony. She could have at least made it a bit more plausible and said "a fighting woman", but even then it wouldn't be close to a solid defence.

Watching the interview on Sunday night I was shocked when they said that they all knew one another from the very beginning, I think the current girlfriend said she gave Lisa, Simon's phone number or maybe the other way around before they started dating. Too me everything about the current girlfriend is too convenient to be true.

he has just been handed 26 yrs! :)
It really annoys me when stuff like this is reported. When someone is sentenced, often just one figure is quoted or headlined, almost always the maximum sentence. The reality is that served sentences are closer to the non-parole period.

News Ltd report: "[Gittany has been sentenced to] 26 years jail time with an 18 year non-parole period."

That should read:

News Ltd report: "[Gittany has been sentenced to] an 18 year non-parole period with a maximum 26 years jail time."

The headlines, the focus, should be on the non-parole period.

I can't imagine him not stuffing up in prison - his past shows he is easily provoked. Released after 18 for good behaviour? I doubt he could manage that.

Yeah, you have to actually work for that sort of early parole. It's a nice little self-perpetuating trap for the really dangerous sorts. If you can't control yourself outside, you certainly won't be able to control yourself inside.

Hopefully she gets no more air time and he rots in jail.

then you'll love 7's Sunday this weekend.

See the thrilling conclusion of Rachelle's paid interview where she flops around on the floor like a ******ed sloth
