With the dearth of decent KPD on AFL lists. Philips would get picked up late. IF not before pick 39 (WB), then they would pounce. No way he makes it to their rookie draft pick and they certainly have a KPD need.

That is true, but not at WB because of who I drafted for them, if anywhere, Gc, freo , Collingwood, Essendon and port All possibilities.

I would have taken Holland at pick 12. BUT in your scenario, any of those 3 mid range teams must pounce OR he ends up at Bombers/GC in the rookie draft.

It is a better phantom than last one!

Doubt they will use that pick. There is information everywhere on Harry Cole, but if you would rather watch him, watch his game against Vic metro. Shows promise as a med fwd, good marks and leading patterns, good set shot on goal but needs to accumulate more and be involved longer. Tackles and provides pressure just fades in and out at the moment but if he narrows that gap between fading in and out and being involved more he would be a fwd threat for any team. Maybe needs to be played further up the ground as a high half fwd.
