Sam Gibson goes alright. Seems to have upped his possessions and upped the hurt factor as well considerably this year.
Interesting. When I've seen him he's been pretty good.
Personally I'm not one of the haters, I rate him as one of our most important players, but his kicking has been a real liability at times. He's so dedicated that he never stops working on it though.
His kicking 'problems' are exaggerated.
Was probably BOG today and would be top five in our B&F currently.
also a huge fan of Stratton; I think he's close to the best medium sized defender atm.
.
Right now, Lachie Hansen. Easily the most effective defender in the league - intercept marks, uses it well setting up the rebound, can take a beast or play loose and even swing forward.
North supporters seem to hate Gibson though?
I was thinking yesterday that he misses more targets by hand than he should after a few overcooked handballs but then Dal was wasting them too. Can't really judge on disposal from yesterday, Lindsay was the only man out there using the ball with purpose every time. His kicking 'problems' are exaggerated.

I don't know. I think Mitchell's build makes him look like a little nuggety player which distracts from his skill. It also means he rarely takes any exciting marks where even guys who aren't known for their marking like Pendlebury or Cotchin take some good ones here and there. I think Mitchell suffers because of how many players he is surrounded by who do the sublime like Hodge, Roughy, Rioli that he isn't really classed as a superstar.
