NOPE ! .....but you also have to overlay that cost, with what MELB wanted as a trade

As a total package, it doesn't make sense .....and remember, Petracca isn't a first possession Mid .....others were preferred in the MELB midfield last season in preference to him .....it's partly what frustrated him

Gut feel is Petracca's preference was strongly towards Gold Coast and the extra money/year was the price to change his mind.

I reckon he will join the Suns without the extra year/money on his normal 4 year contract. Ultimately he will have forced us to walk away on purpose, rather than it being a Crows-led choice
