Yep. Burgess, Parham, Manuel have all ended up at the Crows from Port through various routes over the years.

Chris Sheedy went directly over the divide, albeit he's a Footy Analyst not S&C.

Parham obviously found his way back.

This guy was my PT for a while at my home gym while he was at Uni. He is actually still pretty fresh. He worked with Burgess at the time.

Was a bit of a strange critter. For some reason loved standing on my treadmill and flexing his arms and looking at them while I was doing weights.

He is absolutely one of those guys who is on the "the mind will fail before the body does" planes of thinking.

Honestly I thought he wasnt very bright, but was a good fit for the work he is doing. Had to be smarter than he seemed as he was in Burgess' uni partnership thing. We basically trained this guy as a student lol.
