He isn't worth a pinch of shit - no-one would cough anything up for him.

I guess you need to get more than three kicks to be worthy of a mainboard thread.
Lol, thread merging makes this one extremely confusing.
Their over reliance on Buddy is a problem, like Hawthorn before 2013.
The team did let him down tonight as well.
Unfortunately there's too many guys in the side that aren't great under pressure. Jack, Parker, rohan, papley, Reid have all failed to fire when it mattered at one time or another. Couple that with those bottom few players generally not up to it and it is a disaster in finals
Gws will smash tigers, so no.Played west coast in GF cousins win the Brownlow, swans won flag.
2017 vs dusty Brownlow and defeat Tigers??????
I think so
If buddy was still at the hawks , an argument could be made you'd win 4-5 flags instead of the 3
You'd weaken the swans simply by not trading him
Except it was planned in a way to take advantage of the salary cap going up and not do that.Particularly as the Buddy deal starts to chew into more of their salary cap going forward
Was at the game, Swans were incredibly soft tonight, definitely an off night for them but partly predictable due to the games location where they struggle to cluster it up the way they do the smaller grounds.I'd give them a partial pass tonight - they've been up for about 4 months because of their start, it was bound to hit them some time.
That said, the margin was embarrassing and Longmire comprehensively out coached.
I don't think they have enough pace around the ball, and unless they are absolutely dominating contested ball they get found out. They are good enough to continue making finals, but I'm not sure there is a flag in their future.
Longmuire would make a great assistant under Buckley.
Since they play like 9? Games a year at the scg which is the size of a netball court, they'll probably keep being in finals with a contested 2005 roos game plan.I'd give them a partial pass tonight - they've been up for about 4 months because of their start, it was bound to hit them some time.

Is there anything about the game you actually get right?Since they play like 9? Games a year at the scg which is the size of a netball court, they'll probably keep being in finals with a contested 2005 roos game plan.
