Rookies are not obliged to stay at a club just because they are struggling.

Honestly, my first thought is they will be fine. Theres always a struggling club and most clubs fluctuate all the time. One of the most active clubs in my time is now struggling a bit and a couple of the more active clubs were struggling 1-2 seasons ago.

Bigger recruitment drives is one thing, but ultimately, its up to the clubs and the captains.
