Tait: Test return "not out of the question

Nah, I felt nothing but contempt when I read the story.

Absolutely shameful that he let his SA team mates down during the season by opting out of shield matches when fit, but is willing to play injured and risk long term injury for IPL cash. This sort of person shouldn't play a team sport. His only concern purely himself, nobody else.

Selfish prick has the integrity of Bernie Madoff, especially after CA stuck by him financially after he walked away from the game mid season cos he was tired.

Haha, nice weak rant. You sound like a malfunctioning robot. Definitely jealous and sweaty over Tait.

Can you get your head any further into the sand baba?

His pattern of behaviour shows just how selfish the bloke is:
- walks away from all forms of cricket (before Xmas) cos he was "tired"
- refused to play shield cricket despite being fully fit
- risks his medium to long term future by wanting to play injured in the IPL

I was initially very sympathetic when he walked away as I assumed (as did many others) he was suffering depression. He has refuted this many times. He was not depressed, things were not going his way so he quit. He gave up when things got tough. He is unable to handle adversity. He is weak, he is selfish.

The three months he sat on the couch, whilst team mates were doing their jobs, he received nearly $250k from CA (the remainder of his contract plus bonuses). Any wonder they were pissed when he decided to put his future at risk by playing injured.

IMO his decision to put himself before his shield team is probably the worst of the lot. Refusing to play for your mates when fit and then wanting to play for an Indian IPL franchise despite being injured says a lot about the bloke.

You always know when you've got somebody beaten when they try to deflect with personal insults, rather than debate the points.

Just as I suspected, you got nothing.

the guy just picks and chooses when he wants to play. when its state stuff he somehow needs a break mentally, yet as soon as the dollar signs or the glam world cup cherry gets dangled he seems to be ok.

like a kid who is too sick for school yet remarkably gets better as soon as the weekend arrives.

What a heap of self-glorifying shit.

It's a job. You have the opportunity to earn money, you take it.

You're just overcome by jealousy. Sad, really.

Yep, too true. Never mind the fact that Tait isn't fit enough to last a decent spell in an ODI, he wants to play test cricket now with little FC experience this past year?

If Tait thinks he can just pick and choose when and for whom he wants to play, he is in for a bit of a shock.
