Inspiration comes mainly from the South Sydney NRL strip in regards to the hoops/horizontal stripes. Tried to use a yellow/gold for a trim rather than using it as a main colour. Also half considered a solid number without highlight. The smaller logo (deliberate so as not to take away from the solid image the hoops attempt to portray) could be placed lower down the guernsey.
I actually love this concept; just get rid of the tacky Tassie map/"T" and you have a very classy strip.
If you were looking to take it one step further in other areas, understand that piping along the collars and cuffs of jumpers are now a thing of the past with the new polyester material. I say keep yours yellow, but lose the red (reminds me of the Pura Saints somehow).
Also, have a look at fiddling around with the hoops - you are dead right to have less than normal (ie Geelong, Adelaide) or else it would look garish and brown from a distance. However, the topmost green stripe is clearly larger than the others (you may have done this intentionally to work around sponsors logos); see if you could rectify this to make it more consistent.
The red around the numbers, whilst a nice touch, is impractical. The purpose of having an outline is to enhance the readability of the numbers, and this doesn't.
The socks is something else I would have a second look at, I feel that you havent quite perfected it yet. Maybe try to replicate the width of the red hoops on green in some way, where the yellow compliments it nicely - maybe like Adelaide's away ones (green instead of navy).
One other minor thing - you may have noticed that I and fellow designers like to downsize our Paint designs (about a quarter of original) in Word etc, as I outlined in the Tutorial. This serves two purposes - makes it look much more "professional", and we can see the whole design without having to scroll down!
Another thing I'd like to complement you on is the colouring - that sea-green hue is a nice change from the Aussie/Kelly/Forrest green that we've seen with most other ideas. It works rather well with the red, whilst a bright yellow is critical is the contrast of the kit.
Overall, the best one so far IMHO

Well done mate

Well said.
