Welcome back Harry O! Thought they might bring in Iles for Milne matchup.

Maxwell listed at full fwd is interesting. Injury cloud over him during the week may see Bryan come in and play out of the square and share the ruck duties with Josh now that Richards is out.

Injury to Holland may explain his lack of form last two weeks.

Nice to see Kosi back ...

O'Brien on Riewoldt, Wakelin on Gehrig ... who takes Kosi?

Could be either Maxwell, Cox or Goldsack, we have options :p

Personally, I would be very surprised if Kosi even plays!

Missing only match with a hammy, risky tactic, esp with his injury background..

We'll probably just assume he'll get injured near the start and won't bother manning him up.

No, but seriously, probably Goldsack. He was all over Buddy Franklin last week, and played a great game. I wouldn't be surprised if he was put onto Kosi.

The SEN boys don't think Kosi will play. I tend to agree. It was reported he'd be out for up to month. I think Gary's dad is trying to play Malthouse at his own game.

MM didn't fall for it either by going with just the one ruckman.

They may bring Bryan in if it looks like Kosi will play.

I don't think Harry O'Brien will play. They will not let Fraser do the ruck work by himself. I reckon they should play Fraser in the forward line this week. He will kick a ton on his 150th game. So IN Byran and Out O'Brein.
If Harry O is ok to play then Illes will not play.

Its going to be wet. And St K dont even have a ruckman other then Rix, we'll be right with just Fraser.

I don't think Maxwell will play at FF, at least I hope he won't (I'm having flashbacks to MM playing J Cloke forward). Reid should start there. I thought he went well last week and starting him there would give him some confidence you'd think. From what I saw last week, he presents very well with his speed and having him come out of the goal square straightens us up a bit. WAY too early for people to be saying he can't kick straight.

I was expecting the Saints to play Hamill and thought Maxy would have been a good matchup on him. As it stands though, I don't think there would be anything wrong with playing Maxy or H Shaw loose down back, especially if it's wet as there will be heaps of hurried kicks coming down.

Pity R Shaw's out, as he carved against Port in the wet.

I really hope Harry plays because he'd be an awesome matchup for Reiwoldt.

IMO, Kozi won't play. Also I reckon Bryan will come in for us either replacing Iles or Harry if he's not right.

Who do you reckon will run with Harvey and Montagna? They appear to be the two mids in best touch for the Saints. Maybe Clarke to get one of them?

can someone please tell me why holland hasnt been dropped yet, he has had more than enough time to show something this year. he looks slow and reminds me of the slow pies of latter years.
everyone else seems to have lifted besides him, and maybe licca.

anyways byes

Holland is out this week with an "injury".

I agree 100%. After all the injury hassles Kosi has had, he finally hits some form and then gets injured in training. So it seems unlikely the Saints would take less than the standard 21 days to get him back.

Fraser did fine rucking solo against Cox and Seaby, I'm sure he can manage... whoever the Saints have at ruck.

Best of luck to Harry O in his return :).

From what I saw Reid goes in hard for the ball, Dick will not do that, and everyone is saying Davies is a dud.

Not saying that Reid won't go hard for the ball, just if its wet, won't particularly suit a tall skinny guy as much as a lower to the ground player
