Anyone try and use this app at Subi last night? I have the Android version and all I got all night was a network error. It worked for about two minutes and the commentary was on delay so went back to the stats only for it to fall over and never work again. I only took out the monthly sub so major hit but it would appear to be a waste of money for use at Subi. Anyone else have the same problem?

I'm with telstra and I never get Internet at subi or the waca. I think it has something to do with thousands of people trying to use the one mobile exchange. Although friends of mine that are with other carriers don't seem to have a problem.
It's funny that the only place in the whole state that I can't get Telstra Internet reception is in the middle of a sports stadium.

I'm with Telstra also. We sit in 124 which is out in the open. I just wanted to here from others before I fire a complaint off to Telstra about the black spot. Sounds like a major stuff up in that as a major media rights holder they don't provide network access to the stadium. I also noticed that the network was shizzen on the Railway side of the ground also.

I used it for commentary, but there was a 10 second delay. Therefore useless to use during a game

Telstra is very good for phone services BUT anything to do with internet its absolute KR*P. I run a business where we rely on sending files by email to customers and anyone with a Bigpond email address recieves there mail often delayed by hours.

Might be wrong but every time I am in a large crowd ie. music festivals, sports event, celebrations commemorating my birth, I have intermittent reception and little to no 3g coverage. Think it has something to do with the sheer number of devices in the vicinity.

I'm with Vodafone and was ready to throw my phone on the ground. I kept getting "SOS ONLY".

yeah I have the '$50 get every game live'. Had network error all through the game and until I arrived at Perth train platform.
Honestly I dont really care that much because am radio is the only way to listen to footy but considering i paid for it I expect to get it.

Funny thing 1/2 hour before the game started I tried to watch a bit of crows v suns. All I got was advertising. Now that makes me cross. I cannot stand commercials ever. To have commercials as phone content when a game is being played is unacceptable.

ive tried optus and telstra at Subi and both get terrible network connection at the breaks, can be usable sometimes in quarters.
