IT'S FINISHED! IT'S ACTUALLY FINISHED!

I just finished the count tonight and can I say I was amazed when I looked at the final table. We have easily the closest result since I started running this competition, with less than 2 votes separating the top 2

But lets start at the bottom.

18 player did not gain a vote this year, they are:
Brad Sheppard
Koby Stevens
Bradd Dalziell
Tim Houlihan
Ryan Neates
Scott Lycett
Blayne Wilson
Jordan Jones
Jacob Brennan
Callum Wilson
Brett Jones
Lewis Broome
Anton Hamp
Andrew Strijk
Jeremy McGovern
Gerrick Weedon
Jarrad Oakley-Nicholls
Lewis Stevenson

Now to the vote getters. In 28th place with 0.4 votes.

Tom Swift

OH YEAH? WELL KOBY DIDNT EVEN GET A VOTE SO SHUT YOUR ****ING FACE ****.

In 27th spot with 0.5 votes, Mitch Brown and Ashton Hams takes 26th by less than 0.02 votes.

Then we jump to two player who had their breakthrough years with Ash Smith in 25th with 16.8 votes, and the Honey Badger himself, Patrick McGinnity's 17.4 votes gets him 24th spot.

This is getting tedious so 23rd to 15th are...

Air Rick Mac N Cheese aka Extra Defendzy or Eric Mckenzie
Brad Ebert
Beau Waters
Mark Nicoski
Will Schofield
Chris Masten
Sam Butler
Adam Selwood
Jack Darling

Now to the top 14.

In 14th spot, polling in 14 matches, with his best match being against Carlton in round 14...

Quinten Lynch with 75.7 votes!

In a horrible twist, unlucky 13th is Mark Lecras. And this was never spoken of again.

12th received over three quarters of his votes in a three week purple patch through the middle of the year. Hopefully this year he can put it together for all 25 games, it's...

Shannon Hurn!

If 11th had scored as well all year as he did in the last 2 months, he wouldve finished top 3. It's Brian Taylor and Tim Gossage's favourite Bomber...

Andrew Gaff!

Despite missing the last 7 games, Matty Rosa sneaks in to the top 10.

Hint for number 9: His best 2 games were in the second derby and the final v Carlton.

In number 9, the Club Champion, the skipper Darren Glass.

In 8th, Scooter Selwood.
In 7th, Andrew Embley
In 6th, Josh Kennedy
In 5th, Matt Priddis.
In 4th, Luke Shuey

Leaving the top 3, in alphabetical order.
Dean Cox
Daniel Kerr
Nic Naitanui

I think its the tally of all the votes from games played during last year. Gaff should not be beating Hurn so you can bet your dollar that this is partially a popularity contest anyway.

Well it cant be Shuey who absolutely decimated the Bulldogs. If its Cox, then this is the most blatant reason to see that a votes-for-all democratic system is flawed.
